IT'S NOW OFFICIAL! WE ARE SCHEDULED FOR A DAY OF TRACK EVENTS, AT THE NEW "BLUEGRASS MOTORSPORTS PARK", ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 1ST 2009!

REMEMBER THIS IS A THREE CARAVAN JOINT VENTURE, NE - NJ & PA CAPTAINS WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE THIS ONE OF THE BEST NCM CARAVANS EVER!

The PA/NY Caravan is heading into its final phase of our route and hotel arrangements.

Sunday (8/30/2009) we will meet at The Carlisle Fairgrounds for departure at 12:00 on our way To Clarksburg WVA (event at the local Chevrolet dealer pending).

Monday morning (8/31/09) we travel to Florence, IN and stay at the Belterra Resort and Casino for two (2) nights (8/31/09 & 9/1/09).

On Tuesday (9/1/09) we will use 2-3 tracks in the vicinity of Belterra (18 mile radius). These tracks have not been confirmed, nor has the cost of any been determined at this point. But, we have a good feeling about the tracks and our gut says, "All systems are go."

Tuesday night (9/1/09) at Belterra, we will have a banquet dinner followed by a 50's, 60's, 70's dance party.

Wednesday morning (9/2/09) we will depart for Bowling Green and the NCM. Arrival in Bowling Green is expected to be around 2:00 to 3:00PM. All will head for your hotels and/or the NCM.

All Caravan route hotels are expected to start taking reservations within two weeks, with some ready to take them now. To get your "coded" reservation and telephone number, if you are not on my PA Caravan list and wish to join us, you must send me an email with your name and telephone number. I will add you to my list and submit that list to the hotels.

Point of interest for some: The Australian Caravan will be joining us in Harrisburg, PA and continue with us to Bowling Green.
