  • Q. What are the dates of the event?
  • A. The National Corvette Caravan festivities at the National Corvette Museum are August 28-31, 2019. Each individual caravan has varying departure dates and activities. Please visit the caravan for your area by clicking on the drop down menu above for complete details.

 

  • Q. When does the Caravan begin?
  • A. Dates of departure vary by location and caravan. Please visit the web page for your state or area to view the complete travel agenda.

 

  • Q. How do I register for Caravan and the 25th Anniversary Celebration?
  • A. Registration will open on the National Corvette Museum’s website on September 12, 2018.

 

  • Q. How much does it cost to register for the Caravan and 25th Anniversary Celebration?
  • A. Registration is $30 for Lifetime Members; $40 for Members; $65 for Non-Members. Those who pre-register will receive a commemorative event program, lapel pin, dash plaque, lanyard and personalized hard card event credential. On-site registration will be $35 for Lifetime Members; $45 for Members and $70 for Non-Members. Those who register onsite will receive a commemorative event program.

 

  • Q. When will I pickup my registration materials?
  • A. When you register in advance for the event, you will have the option to specify which caravan you will be driving with. Your registration materials will be sent to that caravan captain and provided to you prior to your arrival in Bowling Green. This will allow you to skip the lines and join in on the fun immediately upon arrival! Those who wish to travel on their own will be able to pickup their registration materials upon arrival.

 

  • Q. Do I have to be a member of the National Corvette Museum to participate in the Caravan?
  • A. No. But we hope you’ll consider joining as a member! Memberships are only a tax-deductible $50 per year for an individual and includes discounts on event registration, Corvette Store discounts, America’s Sports Car magazine subscription, Supplier Pricing on select General Motors vehicles and more.

 

  • Q. How do I change my registration if I decide not to attend after registering?
  • A. You can either go online to change your registration – or call into the NCM events dept. for changes – 270-467-8804 or 270-777-4506

 

  • Q. How do I cancel my registration if I decide not to attend after registering?
  • A. You can either go online to cancel your registration – or call into the NCM events dept. for changes – 270-467-8804 or 270-777-4506. Cancellations will not be accepted within 60-days of the event.

 

  • Q. If I cancel my registration, do I get a refund and how do I apply for it?
  • A. Refunds are available up to 60-days prior to the event. There are no refunds after that date. You can go online to cancel registrations or contact NCM events dept.

 

  • Q. When will the agenda of events be available?
  • A. A general event agenda will be posted when registration opens on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, however we are constantly adding additional activities, seminars and more so you’ll want to stay tuned for updates.

 

  • Q. Will there be sufficient parking at the NCM during the event?
  • A. Parking will be available at the National Corvette Museum, the NCM Motorsports Park, the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge, and grass areas surrounding the Museum.

 

  • Q. Will GM Corvette Assembly Plant Tours be available?
  • A. We do not know when the Plant will re-open for tours. The Plant has said they will let us know six months prior to when tours can be opened.

 

  • Q. Will the NCM Motorsports Park be open for the Caravan event?
  • A. Yes, the NCM Motorsports Park will offer a number of activities including touring laps in your own car and hot lap rides.

 

  • Q. How can I find a hotel room in Bowling Green for the event?
  • A. Please visit our lodging page to see a list of options in Bowling Green and the surrounding areas. Please keep in mind most places do not accept reservations more than one year prior. Some hotels will keep a list more than one year out. Additional rooms often open up a month or more prior to the event so if you book outside of the Bowling Green area there may be an opportunity to find a room in town as the event draws near. We do our best to call around to the hotels periodically and update the website with availability.

 

  • Q. What else is there to do in the Bowling Green area?
  • A. If you’re looking to explore the Southern Kentucky region before or after the big event, the Bowling Green Area Convention & Visitors Bureau website (www.VisitBGKY.com) and the Kentucky Department of Travel & Tourism website (www.KentuckyTourism.com) are great resources to help with planning.
